Hava has added more new features to the app…including the much requested Explore function for foods plus 1300 recipes.

Another fun video! Dr Eenfeldt and Dr Naiman React to the "Best weight loss" foods..according to social media. They get into satiety scoring and how volume of popcorn should be adjusted. Over the past four years, my low carb diet follows most of this advice learned by listening to Dr Naiman and Marty Kendall in many previous podcasts and articles. Here are good tips all in one place. I definitely had a peanut butter addiction (I still miss it, but have not bought a jar for many years!) but Greek yogurt with PBFit is a substitute. Being able to eat nutrient dense fruits, dairy, protein desserts like ice cream, make up for that one item. Whipped cottage cheese and frozen fruits tastes like cheesecake ice cream great salad dressings and dips as he mentioned.
