breakfast : 2 eggs, slice ham, 6 0z v8 juice
snack: cheese stick
lunch: chicken,spinich salad w/ crumbled blue cheese
snack: turkey roll
dinner: salmon, cucumber slices
desert: lemon riccota desert
workout: sun,tue,thur, 90 mins bikram yoga
workout: mon,wen,fri 2hrs cardio
i can't do any weight training at this time because i recently had surgery...
