Friday
Rower: decided to do a sprint set instead of a slow steady row. Did 2 x 1000m at average of 2.30m/500m with a short rest between, then started another but my heart-rate got alarmingly fast, so I stopped at 300m. My blood-pressure has jumped back up this week, and I had a really bad nosebleed last night while I was dozing on the sofa in front of the teevee. Blood everywhere - tee-shirt, sofa, blanket, etc. So I was not about to do that again in the cardio area of the gym.

Leg press 1 x 10 x 80kg, 1 x 8 x 90kg, 2 x 6 x 80kg
Adductor 3 x 10 x 50kg
Abductor 3 x 10 x 50kg
Leg curls 3 x 8 x 50kg

Full sit-ups 3 x 20
Treadmill 10 mins, 5% incline
