just got back from my workout
I'm dying over here....
4 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Ab Crunch I raised the weights to 110
4 sets of 15 w/225lbs for the Back Extension
4 sets of 15 w/80lbs for the Tricep Pushdowns
4 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Sitting Lat Pulls raised to 100
4 sets of 15 w/85lbs Seated Row raised to 90
4 sets of 15 w/100 Freedom Press
raising the weights makes a BIG diff
