Gym (350c) and sauna.
I wish I had more time. To do an hour of aerobics then have a short swim and sauna for relaxation means I do not get home to after 9 o'clock. This is too late. When the weather is a bit better and I can start cycling to the gym this should knock a good 40 minutes off this which I can then use on things like weights and the power plate. I've just researched the power plate. There seems to be something in it.
At the moment I am not loosing weight - not sure why.
