Losing It
Hey this is my first entry for my gym log! I got a membership at the Lady Of America Fitness Center down the street on Sunday. Start weight for Gym: 180. I did 20 min of biking, then some weights and burned about 250 calories all around for my Monday gym workout. Yesterday I ran one mile in 11 minutes, and did 5 minutes of biking, coupled with weight training, lets say 160 calories? Its easier to burn calories on the bike than the treadmill. I'm not sure how many times I should go in one week. Any suggestions? Also, I am kind of afraid that I will gain wait from it, I know, muscle weight, but I am still scared!
