Synn's "Get off my butt and exercise" log
I need to exercise badly and I am hoping that starting this journal will help.
I am going to write down my stats (cringes) and then my plan for exercise. Each day I will update what I actually did and every week will take measurements to see if I have had any changes.
So here we go........
Pre week (Saturday) - 20 min Pilates work out.
Sunday - 20 min Pilates and 20 min ab sculpting
Monday - 20 min Pilates, 50 min accelerated body sculpting, and walk stairs at school
Tuesday - 20 min Pilates, 20 min ab, and walk stairs at school
Wednesday - 20 min Pilates and 50 min accelerated body sculpting
Thursday - 20 min Pilates and walk stairs at school (long school day)
Friday - 20 min Pilates and 50 min accelerated body sculpting
Saturday - Free day (am usually lazy because I have so much homework...so I think I will stay that way on Saturdays)
Measurements: (this is the scary part....please don't laugh)
Chest: 52"
Waist: 46.5" (woohoo, down an inch from last week)
Hips: 56" (down a 1/2 in from last week)
Upper Arms: 15.75" (no change)
Thighs: 30" (no change)
And off I go.....
