Sterlina's Gym Log
Wow, original title... I need to take advantage of my night.. I was scheduled to work but we were so slow that, well, I offered to give someone else my section because they had been there longer than I had and still hadnt made any money.. whereas I was there for, an hour? 2 hours? and yeah, so Im home, and Im going to try to go to the gym for a bit..
My plan, to do at least 20-25 minutes of cardio, on one of the ellipticals..
EDIT: My starting weight for my gym log is 189.5.
