I find this whole idea very interesting. Even though I do not have a problem with snore, the DH does. Been low carbing since the end of February, and that is something I never paid attention to.

Come to think of it, I don't remember the last time I told him to wake up, and roll over so I could get to sleep! I will have to make not of his snoreing, and (crossing finger) hopefully lack of snoreing and make note if things have changed.
