My 2 favorite snacks, macadamia nuts and "whipped" cream cheese and spicy pork rinds. And 1/4 cup of the nuts is a lot. They are so chewy with all that fiber.
I also just discovered those SF Hersey candies. The dark chocolate ones are delicious. I have 2 with the nuts and count it as 2 carbs.
BTW as a professional dieter all my adult life, I can now truthfully say that doing Atkins is the only WOE that I have not been hungry on !!!
