You can click on any little journal you see at the bottom of posts, and see the persons journey, ups and downs etc....feel free to leave a note for anyone, and if you subscribe to the string, then when another note is left it will show up on your profile screen.
You know that when you first come into the forun room, there is your name with your avatar, and above it , profile...click on that and it will take you to you subscribed forums and strings.
