Thanks for all of the input so far. I have picked up quite a few tips that I will follow : I will reduce then eliminate the cheese, I will up the spinach portion of my salad and reduce the high carb veggies like artichoke and mushrooms. I will reduce then eliminate ( if possible) by 2 snacks made of cream.

I already found 6 carbs in the seasilver liquid vitamin I was taking so that is stopped. Yesterday I reduced my snack to just the ice cream, smaller portion in the afternoon. I also reduced my cheese intake and upped the meat. I was home yesterday so I weighted every thing that I ate plus measured my breakfast and lunch for today. I am going over to fitday to input it.

Any suggestions how to copy a previous days menu into the current day? I hate having to look everything up each day when I eat pretty much the same things.
