Bellissima Italian eyeful Monica Bellucci has been hitting out at rake-like Hollywood stars.

You know, the sorts who feel pressurised into weighing even less than the Atkins diet-inspired sprig of rocket [arugula - ed.] they gnaw once every three weeks.

The star of The Matrix Reloaded - consistently dubbed the most beautiful woman in the world by Earth's eye-using male populace - purred to Australia's Herald Sun newspaper: "I eat everything. To get skinny, skinny, skinny is not the thing I want to do."

Meanwhile, as Matrix fever rises, Bellucci has been trilling out a few juicy snippets about her film character, Persephone.

"It's like she's a vampire," she burred to Premiere magazine in fluent Mediterranean. "She doesn't have feelings anymore because she comes from an old Matrix, but as soon as she touches you she feels everything you have inside.

"That's why she's very dangerous - It's impossible to lie to her because as soon as she touches you, she feels exactly what you feel."
