I am trying to make a commitment to exercise, but something is stopping me. I had all but ignored the exercise forum, but did go and ck it out. It frightened me. I dont think I have the right motivation to do it. Anyone else feel like this? This might not be the right place for this, but I dont want to go to exercise..
