Oh I am definitely a slow loser (42 lbs in 13 months = 3.23 lbs a month). Lots is my fault with cheating, tweaking and just being not patient!
But....I lost a lot of inches - Going from a size 16 (tight) slacks to a size 9 (comfortable).
I definitely think Exercising has helped -- but most importantly, Despite not being at or near goal weight/size; I feel good about what I've accomplished thus far and if it takes me 6 more months to lose the last 16 lbs so be it.
And your right - - I love the fact that I can eat cream, bacon, steak, butter.....many things that most people can't or won't eat. Pity on them
