I think I have been losing slow but ok, I have lost lots more inches than actual weight (I think this is because I am doing a lot of weight resistance/running exercises??) after only 6 weeks on the Atkins I can fit into size8-10, this was just a distant dream 6 weeks ago, hence I wasn't worried about the actual scale loss, but when I learnt very recently that I have the Yeast intolerance, I got worried about stalling in the future, and may be never being able to reach my target.
Frankly at the moment I am trying hard to cure this Yeast overgrowth, do you have any suggestions of any more readings/supplements to help -I am taking acidophillus(sp?)
