I am far from being an expert, but that sounds like a heck of a lot of food. On induction you really need to limit yourself to 20 carbs, all of which need to come from the salad you are eating. My typical day consists of a healthy breakfast (either an Atkins bar, or maybe some bacon with eggs), lunch a steak with melted blue cheese and a chicken breast, and dinner chicken with a salad with bacon, egg, cheese and a low carb dressing. No snacks. Not during induction. And I must say I a never hungry. My cravings for sweets have completely vanished, and I have more energy than ever.
