I picked up a book called Absolutions By Rick Phillips, BFL author Bill Philips brother. It has a very good routine for building abs. The main thing to know is that everyone has the potential to have a six pack set of abs, the problem is that no matter how many setups, crunches, and leg lifts you do they will not show up until you reduce your %BF down to a very low level. For men the abs don’t start showing good until you are below 8%, I’m not sure how low a women needs to get. Another thing to remember is that strong abs are very important in life, they keep the upper body upright and strong abs are the best defense against back injury.
