Besides how good I feel now and how my clothes fit, I think about how much better I will look and feel, and how cool it will be to buy a whole new wardrobe in several more months. If that all fails to keep me on track, I think about the little kid in the super market a year ago who pointed at me and in a shrill, loud voice said: "Mommy! Look at that big fat man!".
