That is me! Rad my journal..I did a fitday for the day prior to staritng this woe...I ate over 500 carbs that day!! I used to drink a minimun of six pack of coke...the real stuff!!

JIMO...I wouldn't cut out veggies...eat your mandatory veggies...if you want to cut out something..cut back on the cream, cheeses, etc. But still get some!!
