It's high time I started an exercise program.
I want to start slow, so for the time being, I am just going to do some walking.
I was off today, so I had an early, 30-minute brisk walk.
Then, after supper, I had another 30-minute walk.
I will incorporate some upper body workouts perhaps next week.
