Freeze those frittatas...they reheat well.

I buy the precooked bacon and just nuke it for a few seconds. The mock danish only takes a couple of minutes in the microwave, too, and is a nice change of pace. I have used the Carb Solutions shakes when I REALLY don't have time to eat. I can't say they taste very good...but it's better than going without breakfast if that's my only option. Leftover chicken salad or tuna salad works, too, and is quick. I try to keep several things already made up in the fridge so I'm not tempted to make a bad choice in a pinch. Spend a little extra time on the weekend planning ahead for the week and you won't have to think about it so much when you're in a hurry.
