Lots of salt = water retention. The key to this though is enjoying what you eat again. That is what I love about this way of eating. I was finally allowed to eat when I was hungry.
I would worry about the carbs first. Then drink extra water to try to offset all the sodium.
If you still have problems losing, try to cut down. See how your body reacts.
