Thumbs up Chinese or Indian

I eat out at both Chinese and Indian restaurants. Whilst I do not know where you can find actural carb counts here are a few rules to think about whilst you are chosing your selection.

No rice or noodles
No naan bread or similar
No prawn crackers or battered items

You can have tandoori meat as starters or anything on squewers.
I tend to get several indian or chinese dishes. Stay away from Sweet and sour, chowmein or biryini's

You can always ask when you order for them to not put any sugar in during the cooking, but have not usually found this a problem. Like Korma and other Indian dishes with cream and nuts. Last week I had chicken with cashew nuts, a duck dish, sizzling beef and mixed vegetables.

Look down the menu and make an educated choice. Most of all, enjoy it.

Have a great birthday.
