Todays workout
10minutes on precor ellipitical with various inclines and resistance for a total of 125calories burned

took a result for women drink 40minutes prior to workout...working with some pump now

back
super pullover 60/65/70 12reps each

shoulders
arnold press 10/12...12reps each
upright row 15...12reps

pecs
vertical chest 50/55/60...12reps each with some power partials and static stripping...hold that for 30secs and feel the burn.

hams
leg curl 90/95/100...12/12/10reps
stiff legged dead lifts 10/12/15...12reps each

quads
lunges with the step ..5/8....10/8reps each side
squats 10/12/15...12reps each
plie squats 15..12reps

biceps
hammer curls 8/10/12...12reps each

tricep
french press 12/15/20...15 to 20 reps each

ab/ad machine
ab 130...20reps
ad 120...20reps

cooldown was 160 assorted crunches.....had an isopure right after...man what a workout...and in record time..hardly any resting between lifts...

it is so beautiful out that i have to definitely do some yard work....
