I actually get my heavy cream from Nature's, so it has absolutely no additives... since it's about double the price of anywhere else it also helps limit my purchase and consumption.

I try to keep it under 3 tablespoons everyother day - for some reason I have this real mental block that tells me if I go over that I will start packing on pounds. (I am also trying to limit my calories - cream really kills me!)
