Thanks all. End of day three of induction. Havent eaten so well for a long time, and I am not cheating. Drinking heaps of water, two cups of coffee a day. No problems at all, no cravings, and I have averaged about 16 grams of carbs a day. I purposely wont weigh myself for a week to let things settle in.
