Question questions about recipes no salt!?

Hello I just bought the recipe book and the recipes sound pretty good. however I have a few concerns. I am spanish and all my life I have gotten used to eating seasoned food. I always use salt to prepare my food and I think the food without salt must taste very bland, however I do not overuse salt just enough for it to taste good. I was wondering how you are dealing with this issue. do you cook the recipes as they are in the book? with no salt I mean? and if you do use the salt still, is the program still working for you?
