I'm totally confused! 2cups of 2% has 23.4g carbs, so divided by 4=5.85 which in theory leaves 2.15g of carbs for the mix to give the total of 8, right? So if that's the case then... 6.4 carbs in 2cups of heavy whipping cream(.8 per 2tbsp) divided by 4=1.6, then add back the mix at 2.15g leaving you with a total of 3.75g per serving? Maybe? I want to clear this up before eating a full serving; I just licked the spoon when making it to see how it would taste. Help!!
