Dear tekunoroji,
Why aren't you ready for OWL? Owl means onward weight loss - you still loose weight but slower and you can have a larger range of foods.
I'm one of those who thinks it's not a good idea to stay on induction for longer than the two weeks. Your body might get too used to it and then you'll never be able to increase the carbs.
