I'd wake up out of breath. There was NO way I could sleep on my back. I had to sleep on my stomache. If I didn't, I'd stop breathing all night.

It's a serious condition, and if you have it, you NEED one of those machines. It made me sleep like a baby, but took away all of my ego. If you don't use one, you could risk serious heart problems from high blood pressure, among other things.
