Problem with the dressing packets is that they are fairly large - equivelent to 1/4 cup or so - - I personally never use that much dressing on my salads. Normal dressing has about 1-2 carbs per 2 tbls so the Newmans is right on target. Yes, sugar is a problem but depending on where it is listed on ingredient packet would make me decide whether to eat it or not (lower on the list, less)

I personally eat Wendy's salads and less the croutons and choosing Caesar dressing keeps me legal and did not pose a problem with weight loss in the past.

And a little shredded carrots won't make such an impact....but yes, NOT on induction.
