TSP II is much more detailed than the first. They are both easy reads. I have both and would tell you to buy the second to get the most for your money. I also have the regular cookbook and use it daily. It's great because it gives you recipes that have ingredients you would normally buy and the nutrition info regarding carbs, fats, protein etc. Also, check out her website www.schwarzbeinprinciple.com to get a peek at some of the info.
