Flat Bench Dumbbell Press - 10# x 12, 15# x 3, 10# x 12
Dumbbell Flyes - 8# x 12, 10# x 12, 15# x 6, 10# x 12
Pec Decks - 8# x 12, 10# x 8, 8# x 8
Tricep Bench Kickbacks - 8# x 12, 10# x 12, 15# x 6
2 - Hand Standing Overhead Triceps Extension - same
Altternating Bent Over Row/Tricep Bench Kickback - 8# x 24, 10# x 20, 15# x 2

Decent good workout - could have been 15 minutes longer!
