Default savory bacon/oregano/dill/parmesian tartlets

So , I had to come up with a quick appetizer for Easter this weekend. Looked through some of the threads and someone had made a dill and parmesian mock danish. I ended up thinking about that recipe and came up with the following. They were a big hit and SO good as leftovers!

1 package of cream cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp dill
4 strips bacon, cooked, drained, and finely chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesian

Preheat oven to 350. Use non-stick mini muffin pans or spray with Pam.

Warm the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until slightly soft and easy to mix.

Using a blender or a whisk, blend all ingredients. Try not to let the cream cheese be ultra-lumpy.

Spoon the batter into the muffin pans (I used 2 pans with 12 each), leaving about 1/4" of space near the top.

Cook for 15 minutes, pop em out, let em cool a bit, and enjoy!
