12) Induction should be done for at least two weeks. After that, you may wish to stay on Induction for six months or longer. You should move on to OWL eventually to: avoid dependence on a "crash diet" mentality, when you're close to goal, or for more variety.

13) They're all fine! Atkins specifically says, "Don't worry about the exact level of ketosis indicated by the strip." Here are some other helpful quotes: "Remember, the strips are tools; making them change color is not the sole object of the game" and "You don't necessarily need to use the strips at all."

14) At LEAST 8 glasses a day!
