Confused about Soy!
I have seen that alot of people around here mention using SoyMilk.....when I picked it up at the grocery store, it seemed to be high in carbs. That is why I use whole cream or half in half in my coffee. Just wondering, is there something I don't know about Soy? Is there a certain kind that is lower carb out there?
