Thanks Katana and jers52. I appreciate the support. I never thought that I would be losing weight (and inches!) by eating all the foods I love.

The only issue I have is that everytime I see someone who is really overweight, I have this overwhelming urge to tell them about Atkins.. Is that wrong?
