Very good MaryToU! Only one thing I will add to number 7) If you aren't hungry and its been 6 hours since you last ate - be sure to eat at least a small low carb snack.
9) Getting into lipolysis (ketosis) is based upon the ?????? to carbohydrate levels in your daily food intake.
10) Low carb eating is naturally diuretic (don't retain water). What 3 minerals does Dr Atkins recommend taking? These minerals also help with night time leg cramps.
11) How many calories are you allowed during induction?
