Yup! So far, I'm really liking it. I don't count calories, instead I count points. CarolCA stumbled across the Southbeach Diet shortly after we changed plans and she ordered the book and is very interested in the SouthBeach Diet, too. It's very similar to what I'm doing. She's been counting calories instead of points, and she broke a stall and has been consistently losing since she switched plans, too. Good luck to you whatever you decide to try.
