I have also switched to an early morning routine this week!

Prior, I was walking approx. 3 miles per night. I'm now getting up at 5:15 a.m. and doing the same walk, plus following it with some lifting.

I find my energy and mood is very good during the day (especially good for the first few hours afterwards) and I get to sleep very quickly at night. I toss and turn more than usual, but I think it's because I'm trying to discipline myself to get up the extra hour earlier and not over sleep.

As you can see from my stats I've done well in losing weight in the last 16 months--down 130lbs. So I'm hoping this will help burn up more of that nasty-a** fat!

And I agree with all of you that this is an awesome thread. It's amazingly informative and a real deal considering it's FREE.
