I started LC December 1999 and previous to that was taking medication for stomach problems... felt it was hereditary as it seemed to run in the family... ie ulcers, digestive problems etc... I must say that since I started this WOE , I have experienced less bloating, gas, acid reflux and am pleased to say have not had to take any medication for over a year and a half... really feel was those darn carbs fementing in the old tum tum...
