i have had NO EXERCISE! i even gave up my health club day yesterday to lay in the bed...why, you ask? I'M SLEEPY AS HELL! i know it's me being pregnant and i truly hope it dissipates very soon...
i shall try again today...i will never give up until i am exercising everyday!
