Don't be too hard on yourself. Maybe you should start a journal so you can track your slip-ups.
I thought I was self sabotaging until I noticed that every month right before TOM visits, I "blow it". Well, I also noticed that my weight did not increase with these episodes.
There is probably a real reason for your 'slip up'.
