Ditto on what lkonzelman said. this way of eating really melts off fat, not muscle. And if you are eating high protein and excerising, you are probably building muscle. Muscle weighs more that fat, so you may be losing fat but the muscle you are building outweighs it so it looks like a stall. I'm not saying this IS what is happening, but I have seen it here on these forums and in my own experience. You might be better off taking measurements rather than getting on the scale.
