hello all,
I started Atkins last wk, this is my 2nd on LC, the previous was a dr. prescribed plan 9 years ago to help me lose weight so that I could get pregnant. I lost 35lbs and kept it off until 5 yrs ago, when i went up. I then moved to Germany and discovered their bakeries and well... here I am. I have not done full induction yet as I have lupus and have been advised to slowly ease into it. I have a massive, migraine like headache for 2 days (my dh said eat a cookie) my throat still hurts from yelling at him! Hoping things will get better.
