18-39 years 21-32 percent
40-59 years 23-33 percent
60-79 years 24-35 percent

Lowcarbing is not a quick weight loss "diet". It's learning a way of eating that will keep you healthy for the rest of your life.

Most people can expect to lose 10% in the first 2 weeks and 5% every month afterwards and you have already surpassed that.
