Depends on how often you do it. I would think it's enough if you are doing it at least 3X per week with strength training in between. Otherwise you might want to opt for 4 or 5X per week.

Yes, that is what I like to do. I've had 2 personal trainers tell me that you should do 10 - 15 minutes of cardio minimum as warm up before hitting the weights. Stretching is recommended between sets and after weight workout. Or after a cardio session. Stretching should only be done when you're warmed up.
