Carb Solutions are alright.

I've never had the Atkins shake in a can. They're kind of expensive. Are they any good?

I'm moving in a week (traveling 1100 miles) and I'm going to need low carb food/shakes/snacks/drink ideas.
And yes, I know about the search function. I just can't seem to get the darn thing to give me what I'm asking for!!!
