This vegan nonsense is pushed with lots of money because there's zero science basis. Even the fuss about antioxidants is overblown: it IS at this point only a theory.

There is no scientific support for it. And there's antioxidants in animal products, too. So no reason to think plants have a corner on anything for our species.
